Royce G. Ebenal
Lab member since Fall 2015
Wesleyan Class of 2018
Royce first became interested in Biophysics after spending the summer between his freshman and sophomore year immersed in biotechnology policy as an intern at the Office of Science and Technology Policy. He is excited to be working in the Etson Lab and helping transform an empty space in the basement of Exley Science Center into a fully functional TIRF Microscopy lab. Royce is interested in the 3-2 program at Wesleyan, so as issues and inconveniences that are inherent to a new lab arise, he hopes to be able to help find practical solutions through engineering. Royce is also a member of the inaugural class of Posse Veterans at Wesleyan and served as a paratrooper in the US Army for six years.
